Ben Dominguez II is a fourth-generation Texan and solo-practice Houston personal injury and products liability attorney. Ben Dominguez established his Houston solo practice in 1994. His practice initially covered personal injury, securities litigation, criminal defense, and business litigation. In 2015 he narrowed the practice to personal injury and products liability, car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, pedestrian, rideshare, and construction accidents, plus premises liability, products liability, and wrongful death.
Ben Dominguez is bilingual (English / Spanish) and serves Spanish-speaking clients throughout the Greater Houston area. He is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL).
